RED DRAGON

Red Dragon Cabbage is a mid-season, high-yield hybrid with a maturation period of about 75 days from germination to the start of harvest. It features an elongated cylindrical head shape, dense structure, and a weight ranging from 1.0 to 1.5 kg. The leaves are vibrant purple, crinkled, juicy, and appetizing, boasting high vitamin and nutrient content, making this variety particularly valuable for healthy eating.

This cabbage variety is excellent for both processing and long-term storage—up to 4-5 months without losing quality or taste. Red Dragon is distinguished by its outstanding taste qualities, making it versatile for various culinary purposes. The plant requires proper care: the first sowing for seedlings is recommended in early April followed by transplanting into the ground in early May, while the second sowing should be done at the end of June with transplanting in early July. It is crucial not to delay seedling transplanting to avoid premature flowering.

For planting, a scheme of 60x40 cm is recommended, and the optimal soil temperature for seed germination is 16-18°C. Red Dragon Cabbage is known for its high resistance and stable yield, making it an excellent choice for growing both on personal farms and for commercial purposes.
