Cubyska pepper variety is an early-maturing, high-yielding variety with a maturation period from emergence to the beginning of technical fruit ripeness of 100-110 days. The plant reaches a height of 100-115 cm and has a spreading bush. The fruits are cylindrical, glossy, weighing 200-250 grams, with an average wall thickness of up to 10 mm. In technical ripeness, they are dark green, and in biological ripeness — bright red.

This variety is valued for its high vitamin content, including ascorbic acid, making it suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for home cooking and canning. Due to its versatility, Cubyska pepper is suitable for various processing and preservation methods.

For successful cultivation, it is recommended to sow seedlings in early March, transplanting at the one-true-leaf stage, and subsequently transplanting 70-day-old seedlings according to a 50x35 cm scheme. Plants require timely watering, regular weeding, soil loosening, and mineral fertilizer applications. Tall plants are better trained on a two-stem trellis, while low-growing plants are suitable for standard bush form without support. The variety is suitable for cultivation both in greenhouses and open ground.
