Pepper CORTIK

Hot pepper variety CORTIK F1 is an early-maturing hybrid with a vegetation period of 95-110 days, intended for cultivation in open ground and under plastic coverings. The plant is semi-spreading, medium to tall (up to 110 cm), with green, slightly wrinkled medium-sized leaves. The hybrid is characterized by good fruit set and uniform ripening, ensuring a stable and high yield.

CORTIK fruits have an elongated-conical shape, 17-20 cm in length and 4.5-5 cm in diameter. In technical maturity, they are dark green, and in biological maturity, they turn into a rich dark red hue. Fruit weight ranges from 45 to 100 grams, with wall thickness of 2.5-5 mm, making them sufficiently meaty. The flavor is moderately spicy with a strong aroma, making them suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for marination, canning, and salad preparation.

The CORTIK hybrid is resistant to tobacco mosaic virus (ToMV), enhancing its reliability under various climatic conditions. Yield under plastic coverings reaches 3.2-3.5 kg per square meter.
