Description
Burning Ear — an early variety of hot pepper, ripening in 90-100 days after germination. This variety is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under plastic covers, allowing for a stable yield under various conditions. The plant is semi-spreading, medium height, with medium-sized dark green leaves and slightly wrinkled surfaces.
The peppers have a distinctive drooping, trunk-like shape, smooth and glossy surface. Immature fruits are green, while ripe fruits turn bright red. The average weight of one fruit is 22-25 grams, wall thickness around 3 mm, and the number of locules — 2-3. The taste of the fruits is semi-spicy, making them versatile for culinary use and canning.
This variety is known for its good yield, especially under plastic covers, where 3-4 kilograms of marketable fruits can be harvested per square meter. Due to its characteristics and flavor qualities, Burning Ear is an excellent choice for those who appreciate early-ripening spicy pepper varieties with broad culinary applications.
