Description Boyarin
The Boyarin pepper variety is a medium-early hybrid of German selection, primarily intended for cultivation in protected soil using seedling method. The plant is compact, reaching a height of 60-70 cm, which facilitates care and harvest. The fruits of this variety are very large, cube-shaped, weighing from 200 to 240 grams. In technical maturity, they have a dark green color, and in biological maturity — bright yellow, giving them excellent marketability and attractive appearance.

The flesh of Boyarin pepper is juicy and dense, 7-9 mm thick, with high taste and technological qualities. Due to these characteristics, the variety is ideal for home cooking and canning. In addition, the fruits have good storability and transportability, making them convenient for storage and long-distance transportation.

The variety is characterized by high yield and disease resistance, ensuring a stable harvest. Boyarin pepper can be grown both in protected and open ground, expanding its application possibilities. Seed sowing is recommended in March-April, and harvest period — from May to October, allowing fresh fruits to be obtained over a long period.
