Description Luberskaya (Lubcard)
Late-season variety selected by the North Caucasus Regional Institute of Horticulture and Viticulture, obtained by crossing the varieties 'Lyubimitsa Klappa' and 'Bere Ardanpon'. Breeders: L. M. Sergeev and E. I. Kostetskaia. Widely grown in private and farmer orchards in the Krasnodar region. Approved for the North Caucasus region.
Medium-sized trees with a broad, rounded, moderately dense crown. Branches emerge from the trunk at nearly straight angles. Bark on the trunk and branches is dark gray, flaking.

Medium-length and thickness shoots, straight, without pubescence, greenish-brown. Buds of moderate density, slightly convex; buds small, conical, smooth, recurved. Leaves medium-sized, elongated, elastic, glossy, green, without pubescence. Leaf blade folded into a boat shape; petiole naked, thin, medium length.
Flowers medium-sized, white, flat, odorless; petals oval.

Fruits large, average weight 210 g, very large (400 g) on young trees, pear-shaped, surface ribbed near the calyx, slightly warty. Skin rough, dry, with a slight bloom; greenish at harvest, turning pale yellow upon ripening; skin coloration as a light tan, brownish-red, diffused over most of the fruit. Skin spots medium-sized, clearly visible. Peduncle medium, thick, straight or slightly angled. Calyx small, narrow. Calyx cup half-open, medium-sized, non-falling; receptacle medium, narrow, grooved. Seed cavity small, elliptical, chambers half-open, medium-sized, seeds medium-sized, conical, dark brown.
Flesh pale yellow-white, tender, juicy, oily, pleasant dessert-like sweet-tart flavor with a delicate aroma. Sensory evaluation 4.5 points. Under Kuban conditions, fruits contain 13.4% dry matter, 8.0% sugars, 0.36% titratable acids, 5.8 mg/100g ascorbic acid, 18.8 mg/100g raw mass of P-active catechins.
Harvesting maturity occurs August 20–25.
Despite their large size, fruits remain firmly attached to the tree. Transportability is good.
Early-bearing variety; trees begin fruiting 4–5 years after planting in orchards. Annual fruiting, yield 150–180 centners per hectare. Compatible with pear rootstocks. High drought and winter hardiness, resistant to scab.

Advantages of the variety: early bearing, moderate tree size, flavor and commercial qualities of fruits. The variety can be used for planting density.
