The summer variety was obtained at the Scientific Research Institute of Horticulture of Siberia named after M. A. Lisavensky through hybridization of Vinnyaya with Lyubimitsa Yakovleva. Breeders of the variety: I. A. Puchkin, I. P. Kalinina, E. P. Karataeva, M. I. Borisenko. Approved for cultivation in the West Siberian, East Siberian, and Ural regions.
Medium-sized tree with an elliptical, moderately dense, well-leafed crown. The predominant type of fruiting structures — short and long fruiting spurs.
Shoots are arched, dark red-brown, hairy at the tips. Leaves are small, egg-shaped, dark green, dull, with a characteristic strong convexity of the leaf blade.
Fruits are below average size, weighing 68–75 g, broad pear-shaped, on a slightly curved, medium-length pedicel. Skin is not rough, smooth, shiny. Main color at harvest is greenish, at full ripeness greenish-yellow, covering — blurred, striped, dark red, occupying a small part of the fruit surface. Numerous lenticels, small, green, clearly visible. The calyx is not expressed, persistent, closed; the receptacle is wide, medium depth. The core is medium-sized, elliptical, chambers closed. The subcalyx tube is medium length, sac-like. Seeds are medium-sized, egg-shaped, light brown.
Flesh is white, tender, semi-oily, juicy, slightly acidic-sweet with a spice, dessert flavor. Chemical composition of the fruit: total sugars — 11.9%, titratable acids — 0.51%, tannins — 29 mg/100g, ascorbic acid — 4.8 mg/100g, P-active compounds — 290 mg/100g.
Fruits ripen at the end of the second decade of August and can be stored for no more than a week.
Fruits are good for fresh consumption, suitable for making quality compotes.
Begins fruiting in the fourth year. High yield, regular fruiting. Cold resistance is good, comparable to that of old Siberian varieties-lukashovka. Requires moisture. Blooms later than any other approved varieties in the region.
Advantages of the variety: dessert flavor and early ripening, when there are no imported pear fruits yet, high yield.
Disadvantages of the variety: short fruit storage life, poor transportability.
