The 'PERSAY' peach variety is a columnar fruit tree characterized by a compact vertical shape and minimal lateral branching. The adult plant reaches a height of 2-2.5 meters with a crown diameter of only about 0.5 meters, allowing for efficient use of limited garden space. The leaves are elongated-lanceolate, dark green with a glossy sheen, while white-pink blossoms with a pleasant aroma appear in mid-to-late April, creating a decorative effect during flowering. Due to early flowering and a high number of fruit set, it is recommended to remove flowers in the first year for better tree development.

'PERSAY' peach fruits are of medium to large size, weighing between 150 and 200 grams, with a round or slightly elongated shape and a pineapple flavor. The skin is yellow with a slight fuzz and a bright red blush covering almost the entire surface. The flesh is juicy, tender, and highly aromatic, with an easily detachable pit, making the fruit particularly appealing to consumers. Ripening occurs in late July to mid-August, allowing for a summer harvest.

The tree prefers sunny and warm conditions, as it is a southern variety. It is resistant to strong winds and drought, but it is not recommended to plant it in low-lying areas with cold air stagnation and excessive soil moisture, as this may lead to diseases and reduced yield. 'PERSAY' peach is valued for its regular and abundant fruiting, bud hardiness to frost, and superior fruit taste qualities, making it an excellent choice for hobbyist gardens and intensive cultivation.
