The Nikitsky Memory peach variety represents a high-quality dessert type with a unique flat fruit shape and juicy, sweet cream-colored flesh. Fruits are of medium size, weighing between 100 and 120 grams, featuring a cream coloration with a red or raspberry blush. The flesh is distinguished by high juiciness and sweetness, achieving a tasting score of approximately 4.6-4.8 points, while the pit is of medium size and fits tightly against the flesh. The variety is valued for its superior taste qualities and attractive appearance, ensuring its popularity among consumers. The Nikitsky Memory tree is characterized by vigorous growth and a pyramidal crown shape, reaching a height of 3-4 meters. It possesses high frost resistance, enduring temperatures down to -25°C, as well as drought and disease resistance. The variety is early-fruiting, beginning to bear fruit in the 3rd or 4th year after planting, allowing for an early harvest. It is recommended to grow in sunny areas protected from cold winds, which promotes better development and fruiting. The ripening period is medium, with fruits reaching maturity in the second decade of August, approximately 5 days earlier than the Crimean Fireworks variety. Yields from an adult tree can reach up to 40 kg, corresponding to an average indicator of about 145 centners per hectare. Thanks to high marketability and good transportability, the Nikitsky Memory peach is excellent for both personal gardeners and commercial cultivation, providing a stable and high-quality harvest.
