The Nikitsky Rose peach is a medium-sized tree with a wide, spreading canopy and shoots that begin flowering in mid-April. The leaves are oblong and a rich green color. The tree begins fruiting 2-3 years after planting and is characterized by high yield. This variety is distinguished by high frost resistance, enduring temperatures down to -25°C, as well as disease resistance, making it undemanding in care and suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions. The fruits of Nikitsky Rose have a characteristic flattened disc shape, resembling dried fig, with a weight ranging from 100 to 150 grams. The skin of medium thickness is covered with a dense speckled blush of red-raspberry color. The flesh is creamy, very juicy, sweet, and aromatic with a honey hue. The pit is small and separates easily from the flesh, which facilitates fruit consumption. The fruits ripen in early and mid-August, withstand transportation well, making them convenient for sales and storage. For successful cultivation of the variety, it is recommended to plant trees in spring or autumn on sunny plots with light fertile soil and good drainage. The distance between trees should be 3-4 meters to ensure sufficient space for crown development. Care includes moderate watering, especially during fruit set, as well as regular pruning in spring to form the crown and remove damaged branches. Fertilization is carried out in spring with nitrogen fertilizers and in summer with potassium-phosphorus fertilizers, which promotes healthy growth and high yield.
