АННУШКА — early-mid season field pea (Pisum sativum L.) variety distinguished by high yield and excellent market qualities. Plants reach a height of 66 to 105 cm, and the period from germination to harvest is 46-54 days, allowing for harvest 4 days earlier compared to the Ramonsky 83 variety. Seeds are spherical, smooth, with yellow cotyledons and a 1000-seed weight of 220 to 275 g. Protein content in the grain reaches 28%, making the variety valuable in terms of nutritional value and culinary qualities. Pods are dark green, slightly curved, contain 9-10 seeds, and ripening occurs uniformly, which facilitates harvest collection.

The АННУШКА variety is resistant to shattering and lodging, and possesses good drought tolerance, making it a reliable choice for cultivation in various climatic conditions, including the southern forest-steppe zone of Krasnoyarsk Krai. However, the variety is susceptible to ascochitis, so protective measures against this disease should be considered during cultivation. Peas are cold-hardy: seeds germinate at temperatures of 4-6 degrees, and seedlings withstand minor frosts, allowing for early spring sowing.

АННУШКА prefers light areas and requires sufficient illumination, as insufficient light leads to plant suppression. Best soils for cultivation are loams and sandy loams with neutral acidity. Recommended predecessors are corn, beet, and potato. Sowing is conducted in rows with a row spacing of 40-50 cm and between plants 5-10 cm, burying seeds at a depth of 3-6 cm. For a prolonged harvest period, sowings can be repeated several times during spring. The variety is suitable for canning due to its excellent taste qualities.
