Cabbage Teshcha

The white cabbage variety "Mother-in-law" belongs to the mid-maturing group and is intended for growing in open ground. The maturation period is from 125 to 135 days from germination, which allows for an early to mid-season harvest. The plant is characterized by a spreading rosette with large leaves, while the heads have a round shape, light green color on the outside, and white or yellowish-white color on the inside. The average head weight ranges from 2.5 to 3 kg, although it can reach up to 5 kg in some cases. The heads are characterized by high density and excellent internal structure. The "Mother-in-law" variety differs in stable and high yield, ranging from 580 to 650 centners per hectare, with a marketability of up to 90%. The cabbage is resistant to cracking, which ensures good transportability and the ability to store for 3-4 months. Thanks to these qualities, the variety is suitable for large-scale production and maintains its properties well during long-term storage. A special advantage of the variety is its taste qualities. The "Mother-in-law" cabbage is characterized by juiciness, crisp texture, and a slightly sweet taste, making it ideal for pickling and other processing methods. Uniform head formation and high density make this variety in demand among producers and consumers who value quality and reliable harvest.
