Onion Varyag

The Varang onion variety is an acute, universal type with a vegetation period of 106-110 days. The bulbs have round and flat-round shapes, with outer protective scales of light-brown color and inner juicy scales that are white with a yellowish tint. The weight of the bulbs ranges from 80 to 130 grams, with dry matter content of 12.5-13%. With proper agronomic practices, yields reach 30-35 tons per hectare, making this variety attractive for both industrial and home cultivation.

The Varang onion is characterized by good storability and can maintain its qualities for 7-8 months after harvest. This allows its use over a long period without loss of flavor or market qualities. Due to its sharp taste and universal application, this variety is suitable for various culinary purposes, including fresh salads, cooking dishes, and processing.

The variety's distinctive feature is its juicy inner structure and optimal dry matter content, ensuring a rich flavor and good nutritional value. The Varang onion is a reliable choice for farmers and gardeners seeking a high-quality, consistent yield with a long storage life.
