The maturation period is 80-90 days, allowing for an early harvest. The bulbs have an oval shape with a thin neck, weighing between 120 and 250 grams, covered by a dense, glossy bronze-brown outer skin. The internal onion scales are thick, crunchy, and juicy, with a mild and delicate flavor, making this onion in demand for both fresh market and culinary use.
