Description
Fat-leaved onion is a perennial variety with juicy, hollow leaves of medium height, about 20-30 cm. This variety is known for its pleasant taste and aroma, as well as high content of vitamin C, B vitamins, folic acid, and iron. Thanks to the early harvest period starting in April, fat-leaved onion is an excellent remedy for combating spring vitamin deficiency. The plant is frost-resistant and can grow in one place for up to six years, making it convenient for growing in open ground, greenhouses, or on a windowsill for year-round harvest.
