Amfora Gold

Onion Amfora Gold is a late-maturing hybrid of bulb onion with a vegetative period of 135-140 days. The average weight of one bulb is about 190 grams. The bulbs have drop-shaped or oval form with thin brown necks and dense structure. Dry scales are light brown or yellow, giving the onion an attractive appearance.

This hybrid has high yield potential, reaching approximately 100 tons per hectare. Onion Amfora Gold is suitable for various uses: it can be consumed fresh, sold at markets, or used for processing. Thanks to its dense structure and quality characteristics, the onion is ideal for long-term storage, making it a profitable choice for farmers and trading enterprises.

It is recommended to grow onion Amfora Gold by direct seeding with an optimal density of about 0.75 million plants per hectare. Production of this hybrid takes place in Czech Republic, ensuring high quality planting material and stable yield performance.
