BUZZ BLOOD SCARLETT

BUZZ BLOOD SCARLETT – an early-maturing variety of mooling (Beta vulgaris L. ssp. vulgaris var. flavescens D C. crispa), included in the State Register of Russia and available for cultivation in all regions of the country. The plant reaches a height of up to 25 cm, has long leaves that are dark green, slightly blistered, and with soft curled edges. The petioles are of medium size and are colored purple, while their upper surface has moderate curvature. The time from full germination to the beginning of commercial maturity is 45 days.

The variety is characterized by high yield of greens – from 1.5 to 1.8 kg per square meter. The mass of the productive part of one plant reaches 40 g, which makes it attractive both for home growing and for commercial plantations. It is recommended to use young leaves and petioles in cooking: they are perfect for salads, vegetable mixes, mixes, and dishes of home cuisine.

BUZZ BLOOD SCARLETT is valued for the juiciness and rich taste of the leaves, as well as for heat resistance.
