Sweet Pea 'Alisa' – an annual herbaceous climbing plant from the legume family, which can reach a height of two to three meters. Its branched stems are equipped with tendrils, allowing the plant to easily attach to a support and form a dense vertical structure.
The flowering period of 'Alisa' lasts approximately 65–78 days. The inflorescences are sturdy and large: each inflorescence contains 4 to 8 delicate pink flowers, about 3–4.5 cm in size. The petals have a ruffled structure, sometimes with a double sail, giving the bouquet special elegance. The flowers have a strong aroma and can be of various shades of purple.
After flowering ends, pods with peas inside appear in place of the withered buds. The plant's leaves are complex and pinnate, bright green, ending in tendrils that enhance its climbing ability. The 'Alisa' variety belongs to the Galaxy group and is distinguished by high wind resistance, good yield, and a wide range of decorative possibilities in garden compositions.
