Pea "Prince" – a compact yet powerful variety, up to 200 cm tall, perfect for multi-faceted greening of balconies and vertical walls. Seeds are packed in 0.5 g packets and have high germination rates: when sown in March-April, seeds can be pre-soaked and then planted outdoors in May. Seedlings appear in 10–14 days, after which the plant requires regular watering and nitrogen fertilizer application to maintain strong shoots.
"Prince" features bright salmon-colored flowers, large (up to 3–4 cm) and fragrant, blooming from June to September. Flowers form dense clusters, giving the plant a decorative appearance both as a cascading plant and on trellises or stakes for vertical greening. The plant tolerates moderate soil moisture well but prefers fertile, loose soils with good drainage capabilities.
For optimal growth, a distance of 15–20 cm between plants is recommended, along with regular tying to supports after reaching a height of 10 cm. "Prince" is hardy up to zone 9-10, allowing its use in moderate climatic conditions. With proper care, the plant ensures prolonged blooming and a bright decorative wall or balcony covering.
