Description SILANTI
SILANTI is a mid-season variety of shallot developed by LLC NPO "GARDEN AND VEGETABLE GARDEN". The bulbs of this variety have an oval shape and a dense structure, with an average mass of one bulb of about 36 grams. The dry scales are colored dark red with a brownish tint, while the juicy scales have a purple tint. About seven bulbs form in one nest, and the plant neck differs in medium thickness. The taste of the onion is semi-spicy, which makes it universal for various culinary applications.

The variety is characterized by high ripening before harvest, reaching 100%, which ensures high-quality and stable yield. The yield of the onion bulb is approximately 1.3 kg per square meter. SILANTI is recommended for cultivation in a two-year culture from seed onions, which allows for its effective use in garden and vegetable conditions. Thanks to its characteristics, the variety is suitable for cultivation in various regions.

The producer of the variety is LLC NPO "GARDEN AND VEGETABLE GARDEN", which also acts as the originator of this variety. SILANTI is included in the State Register of the Russian Federation and is intended for cultivation in personal subsidiary farms. This variety of shallot combines good agronomic indicators and ease of cultivation, which makes it an attractive choice for gardeners and vegetable growers.
