SILANTI

SILANTI is a mid-season variety of shallot developed by LLC NPO "GARDEN AND VEGETABLE GARDEN". The bulbs of this variety have an oval shape and a dense structure, with an average mass of one bulb of about 36 grams. The dry scales are colored dark red with a brownish tint, while the juicy scales have a purple tint. About seven bulbs form in one nest, and the plant neck differs in medium thickness. The taste of the onion is semi-spicy, which makes it universal for various culinary applications.

The variety is characterized by high ripening before harvest, reaching 100%, which ensures high-quality and stable yield. The yield of the onion bulb is approximately 1.3 kg per square meter. SILANTI is recommended for cultivation in a two-year culture from seed onions, which allows for its effective use in garden and vegetable conditions.
