Onion Orlanda F1 is a mid-season hybrid of bulb onion developed by the company Bejo Zaden. This variety belongs to the Spanish type and is characterized by a growing period of about 105-110 days from seedling emergence. The plant develops quickly, possesses high vitality, and is able to successfully adapt to changing weather conditions, making it universal for cultivation in various climatic zones and on different soil types.

The hybrid forms large, dense, and rounded bulbs with a bright bronze-golden or orange-brown color of the upper scales. Inner scales are white, fleshy, juicy, and crunchy, offering a pleasant taste. The bulbs are covered with reliable layers that protect them from damage and contribute to long-term storage. The dry matter content in the bulbs is about 7.5%, which ensures high product quality. The yield is characterized by good transportability and retains its commercial and nutritional properties for 3-4 months.

Onion Orlanda F1 is resistant to common diseases such as Fusarium and PYTH, and does not require additional protection from pests. Thanks to its dense structure and universal purpose, it is suitable for both fresh consumption and culinary processing.
