The «ZABAVA» salad is a mid-season, high-yield leaf variety of oak-leaf type, characterized by delayed stem elongation and excellent taste qualities. The plant's rosette is large and spreading, reaching a diameter of approximately 35-40 cm and a weight of up to 400 g. The leaves are dissected, slightly wavy at the edges, and feature an effective anthocyanin coloration. They are about 25 cm long, have a tender texture, and a rich flavor. Thanks to these characteristics, the salad is suitable for obtaining a high-quality harvest with an attractive appearance and pleasant aroma.

The maturation period of the variety is from 60 to 70 days from germination to harvest collection when grown in open ground. Sowing can be done directly into the ground in early April or in March for seedlings with subsequent transplanting. With proper agronomy, a large semi-spreading leaf rosette weighing up to 200 g is formed. The plant is resistant to stem elongation, which allows it to maintain the marketable appearance and taste quality of the leaves for a longer period.

The «ZABAVA» variety is suitable for cultivation both in open and closed ground. The plant has a slightly raised rosette, which facilitates care and harvest collection. The leaves and stems of the salad are green with a bluish tint, juicy, and aromatic, and are also rich in vitamins, making this variety not only tasty but also healthy.
