Description ANAPCHANIN
The «Anapchanin» salad is a mid-season semi-head variety that reaches technical maturity approximately two months after sowing. Selective harvesting of greens can begin just two weeks after seedlings emerge, allowing for a prolonged supply of fresh leaves. The plants form a large, loose rosette of leaves reaching about 28-30 cm in height and up to 35-36 cm in diameter. The head is open and loose, weighing up to 300 grams, which facilitates harvesting and culinary use.

Salad leaves feature bright and original coloring: the center is green, while the edges have a wide red border in a pomegranate-emerald shade. The leaf surface is ruffled and crinkled with wavy edges, giving them a decorative appearance. The leaf texture is oily and crunchy; the taste is neutral, fresh, and delicate, without bitterness. Thanks to the content of beneficial anthocyanins, the salad is not only delicious but also healthy.

The variety is resistant to bolting, allowing the fresh green harvesting period to be extended by 2-3 months. «Anapchanin» grows well in partial shade and does not require frequent watering, making it convenient for cultivation in various climatic conditions and garden plots. Seeds are treated with helper bacteria for disease protection, promoting rapid growth and high yields of up to 2.5 kg per square meter.
