Bouquet

The leaf salad "Bouquet" is an early-maturing variety with a growing period of 45-50 days. It is undemanding in cultivation conditions and highly cold-resistant, allowing for successful cultivation both early in spring and in autumn. The variety can withstand nighttime frosts down to -5°C, expanding its application potential in various climatic conditions.

The plants form a beautiful basal rosette with a diameter of 30-35 cm, featuring dense leaves with a wavy dissected edge. With proper thinning, the bushes reach significant sizes and masses of over 350 g, and thanks to its resistance to bolting, individual specimens can weigh up to 600 g. Such a feature makes the variety attractive for cultivation both in home conditions and for commercial purposes.

The leaves of the "Bouquet" salad are widely used in cuisine: they are excellent for fresh consumption, used as a filling for fresh vegetable salads, a layer in sandwiches, and for preparing dietary smoothies and garnishing various dishes.
