MOSCOW LACE

Moscow Lace cabbage is a high-yielding early-maturing variety of Savoy cabbage bred domestically, reaching technical maturity 105-110 days after germination. The heads have a round-flat shape, medium density, with a yellowish hue on the cut surface and a weight of 1.0 to 1.5 kg. The leaves of this variety are blistered and have a very delicate structure, which gives the cabbage excellent taste qualities, significantly surpassing white cabbage in tenderness and taste. Thanks to these properties, Moscow Lace is perfect for preparing fresh salads, stuffed cabbage, soups, borscht, and other home dishes.

The variety is characterized by high yield – from 3.5 to 4.5 kg per square meter. For successful cultivation, it is recommended to sow seeds for seedlings and subsequently transplant them into the ground at 35-45 days of age, when the plants have formed four to five true leaves. It is important to observe the temperature regime: 15-18 °C during the day and 12-14 °C at night, as well as to ensure regular, abundant watering, timely weeding, loosening, and fertilization. Moscow Lace has resistance to fusarium wilt and damage from leaf-chewing pests, which increases crop reliability.

Additionally, Savoy cabbage of this variety is characterized by high protein content and low fiber levels, which makes it especially beneficial and easily digestible. Its tender leaves and good taste qualities make this variety a popular choice for gardeners who value not only yield but also product quality. High frost resistance and drought resistance allow Moscow Lace to be grown in various climatic conditions, ensuring a stable and tasty harvest.
