The yield of 'Tsivilsky' falls within the range of 18–22 centners per hectare (approximately 11 tons per hectare according to Chuvash Institute of Agricultural Research data). This makes it competitive among regional varieties and allows it to meet the demand of breweries for high-quality aromatic hops.
The chemical composition is characterized by a moderate alpha-acid content of 3.5–4% (some sources note up to 5.5%) and an alpha-to-beta-acid ratio of approximately 2:3. This combination ensures an optimal balance of bitterness and aroma in beer, making the variety particularly valuable for producing high-quality light and lager beers.
The variety has moderate resistance to the main pathogens affecting hops during growth, which reduces the need for agrochemical protection and increases the economic efficiency of cultivation. Thanks to its characteristics, 'Tsivilsky' is considered one of the key varieties of Chuvashia, a region recognized as a leading hop producer in Russia.
