Tubers have a round shape with deep eyes, light beige skin, and light yellow flesh. The mass of one marketable tuber varies from 100 to 174 grams, with starch content of 15.3%. The variety is characterized by high marketability, yielding 217 to 419 centners per hectare, which is 41-151 centners higher than the standard Vimpel, and maximum yield reaches 442 centners per hectare, 223 centners higher than the standard Indigo. Tubers have 80% marketability and 97% storability, making the variety suitable for long-term storage and culinary use. The taste of tubers is rated as good to excellent, confirming their high quality. Babyninsky exhibits resistance to potato cancer pathogen and golden potato cyst nematode, significantly enhancing its reliability in cultivation. According to VNIIF's phytosanitary data, the variety shows moderate susceptibility to phytophthora both on foliage and tubers. These characteristics make Babyninsky an attractive choice for farmers seeking high-quality potato yields with good storage performance and disease resistance.
