ZOSYA

Zosya F1, a hybrid type of white cabbage, belongs to mid-season varieties with a maturation period of 125 to 150 days. The leaf rosette is elevated, with a diameter of 65-75 cm, featuring fleshy green leaves with a characteristic bluish bloom. The heads are flat-round in shape, compact and dense, weighing from 2 to 3.5 kg, with short external and internal stalks. The internal structure of the heads is characterized by softness and juiciness, while the taste is slightly sweet and very pleasant, making this hybrid especially valuable for culinary use.

The Zosya hybrid is distinguished by high yield and disease resistance, particularly to Fusarium wilt. It tolerates excessive watering well and is not prone to cracking, ensuring the preservation and quality of the harvest. From one hectare, you can obtain from 67 to 95 tons of produce, with the harvest characterized by synchronized and simultaneous maturation, and the heads showing high uniformity and marketable appearance.

This cabbage variety is versatile in application: it is suitable for all types of culinary processing, including boiling, frying, and pickling, while the taste remains almost unchanged after thermal processing. Due to good transportability and the ability for prolonged storage, Zosya F1 cabbage is an excellent choice for both home use and commercial cultivation under various climatic conditions, including greenhouses, hotbeds, and open ground.
