Description MALYSHKA
Malysyka is a mid-early variety of Brussels sprouts, distinguished by simultaneous crop formation and a compact rosette of leaves. The heads are egg-shaped, green, and weigh up to 15 grams, with up to 45 heads per plant. This variety is valued for its high taste and dietary qualities, as well as resistance to cracking, which makes it convenient for dense planting and early harvest.

Brussels sprouts Malysyka are widely used in cooking: they are eaten fresh, added to salads, used to prepare side dishes, soups, and preserved. During processing and freezing, the sprouts retain their taste qualities, allowing them to be used year-round. Medium-density heads have excellent taste and are suitable for various dishes.

In addition, the sprouts are rich in B group vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin H, and minerals, making them a healthy food product. They are easily digestible and do not cause allergies, so they can be recommended for baby food, including as a puree when introducing complementary foods. Brussels sprout puree is homogeneous and nutritious, promoting proper child development and can be used as a side dish with meat or fish.
