Description BAROCCO
Broccoli Barocco F1 cabbage is a mid-season hybrid with a maturity period of 85-95 days after seedling planting. The plant is characterized by a compact leaf rosette and forms dense, round heads of bluish-green color, weighing from 0.9 to 1.2 kg. The internal structure of the heads is tender and juicy, with a central stalk length of about 7-8 cm, which gives the product a sweet taste and makes it especially attractive for home cooking.

The Barocco hybrid is distinguished by high yield, reaching 4-5 kg per square meter, and resistance to cracking. It is not prone to color change, hollow formation, or leaf sprouting between inflorescences, which ensures an attractive appearance and high-quality yield. Seedlings are grown at an age of 35-45 days, and the plant is suitable for cultivation in both open and closed ground.

Barocco cabbage is well suited for preparing various dishes: first and second courses, stews, soups, and fresh salads. Thanks to uniform head formation and uniformity, as well as resistance to adverse weather conditions, this hybrid is a reliable choice for gardeners and healthy eating enthusiasts.
