Cabbage Ilona

White cabbage ILONA F1 is a mid-late heat-tolerant hybrid with a growing period from seedling transplanting of about 105-110 days and a total duration of 132-144 days. The plant forms a rather large and compact rosette with raised leaves. Heads have an oval-flat shape with a tapering base, are dense, with white-yellow internal coloration and thin inner leaves. Average head weight varies from 2.2 to 4 kg, which ensures good market appearance and ease of use. The ILONA F1 hybrid is distinguished by high heat tolerance and resistance to diseases such as Fusarium and vascular bacteriosis, as well as to pests, such as thrips. Cabbage tolerates hot weather well with regular watering, which promotes stable growth and development. Moreover, the hybrid is resistant to cracking, which allows it to stay in the field for a long time on the root, gaining additional weight upon delayed harvesting. ILONA F1 cabbage is versatile in application: it is suitable for fresh consumption, pickling, and long-term storage. Thanks to its dense structure and excellent taste qualities, this hybrid retains its properties for 3-5 months under proper storage conditions. This makes it a profitable choice for both personal use and commercial cultivation.
