VANILLA ICE CAULIFLOWER

Vanilla Ice cauliflower is a medium-early variety with a maturity period of 100-110 days, suitable for cultivation in both open and protected ground. The medium-height plant forms a rosette of grey-green leaves with a medium-intensity waxy coating; the leaves show slight blistering and scalloping at the edges. The cauliflower head is large, flat-round or elliptical, with a creamy-white shade, a dense structure, and a weight ranging from 0.8 to 1 kg.
