Alabaster

Color cabbage variety ALABASTER is an early-maturing hybrid of German selection, intended for cultivation in home conditions and on homestead plots. The plant forms a medium-sized vertical rosette of leaves, which are green with a slight waxy coating and have a weakly vesicular and wavy edge structure. The cabbage head is round, dense, whitish with a delicate structure and moderate bumpiness, well covered with leaves. The head mass reaches 2 kg and more, providing high yield up to 4.9 kg per square meter.

The period from germination to harvesting is 115–125 days, which makes the variety mid-early and convenient for obtaining a fresh crop in a short time. The taste qualities of ALABASTER cabbage are rated as excellent, allowing it to be used both in home cooking and for freezing. Thanks to its dense structure and good leaf coverage, the head retains freshness and appearance for a long time.

Growing cabbage requires careful care, as the culture is quite demanding on growing conditions. With proper sowing and adherence to agronomy, you can get healthy vegetables without nitrates and harmful additives. The variety is suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions and is recommended for use in personal subsidiary farms.
