Colored cauliflower variety Metelitsa is a mid-early hybrid with a maturation period from planting 30-day seedlings to harvesting the crop within 55-60 days. The plant is powerful, well-leafed, which contributes to the formation of large, round heads weighing from 1 to 1.5 kg. Heads are dense, rich white in color, possess excellent taste qualities, high commercial value and good transportability.
