The cabbage variety "Snegurochka" is a mid-early hybrid with a vegetation period of 90 to 110 days, depending on growing conditions. The plant forms dense, round-flat heads of whitish color weighing up to 2.3 kg. This variety is characterized by high yield and resistance to low temperatures and temperature fluctuations, allowing it to be successfully grown in open ground. Cabbage heads store well, especially in the refrigerator, making the variety convenient for long-term storage and use during the winter period. For successful cultivation of "Snegurochka," it is recommended to use fertile and neutral soil in a sunny place. Watering should be carried out approximately once a week, and fertilizers containing phosphorus, potassium, boron, and molybdenum are necessary. Excess nitrogen negatively affects head formation, so it is important to maintain a fertilizer balance. Seeds are sown for seedlings in March; after seedlings appear, the temperature is lowered to +8-10 °C, and heads are shaded with leaves to preserve their whiteness and density. The "Snegurochka" variety is distinguished by high disease resistance, ensuring healthy plant development and a stable yield. Thanks to dense and powerful heads, this hybrid is suitable for home cooking, canning, and freezing. Its long storage allows the use of cabbage throughout the winter, making "Snegurochka" one of the most demanded varieties of cauliflower among gardeners.
