White cabbage variety DOCHKA® is an early-maturing hybrid recommended for growing in Russia. The plant reaches a height of 30-35 cm and forms a compact rosette of gray-green leaves with a light waxy coating. The heads are round in shape, have medium density, and weigh from 0.8 to 1.2 kg. Inside, they are white with a yellowish-cream tint, giving them an attractive appearance and high quality.
Variety DOCHKA is distinguished by high yield and excellent taste qualities, making it versatile for consumption fresh, as well as after boiling or stewing. The yield of marketable heads reaches 92-95%, indicating high cultivation efficiency. Moreover, the cabbage has resistance to diseases such as bacterial soft rot and black leg, which significantly eases care and increases harvest reliability.
A feature of the variety is long-term preservation of market qualities both in the field and during transportation, making it convenient for marketing and storage. The early summer ripening period (90-95 days) allows obtaining fresh and quality heads in a short time, which is especially important for commercial cultivation and home gardening.
