• Do you know what an amino salt is and want to avoid the development of weed resistance?
• Do you know the range of sulfonylurea herbicides and still want to avoid residual effects?
• Do you want to get higher efficacy than with amino salts, for the same cost?
Khlebodar ® at 0.3-0.5 L/ha — this is what you need!
Two-component SUPERHERBICIDE for cereal grasses
ADVANTAGES
1. Unique combination of 2,4-D ester and sulfonylurea. The ester is stronger than the amino salt.
2. Low application rates — 0.3-0.5 L/ha.
3. Odorless.
4. The oil in the formulation (20%) further enhances the effect of the two active ingredients.
5. Does not cause problems in crop rotation, as sulfonylurea is applied in very small quantities.
Khlebodar ® — progress in protecting cereal grasses from weeds. The combination of 2,4-D ester and sulfonylurea in a new, convenient packaging offers advantages when applied.
Long-term application of 2,4-D year after year contributes to the development of weed resistance. Systematic application of sulfonylurea may suppress certain crops in rotation and also lead to weed resistance. These problems are solved by Khlebodar ®!
Khlebodar ® — systemic herbicide containing two active ingredients belonging to different chemical classes and having different modes of action on weeds. Ethylhexyl ester of 2,4-D belongs to auxin (phytohormonal) herbicides, which differ from amino salt 2,4-D by their rapid and effective action on weeds.
Methosulfuron-methyl belongs to the sulfonylurea class, which have high efficacy against most weeds and low application rates. When combined, these two active ingredients create a synergistic effect, giving the product new herbicidal properties. This broadens the spectrum of action, increases efficacy, and reduces pesticide load. The herbicide is mainly absorbed by weed leaves, quickly transported to roots and growing points. It stops cell division at growing points and roots in sensitive weeds, resulting in their growth cessation within several hours after application. Tough weeds in late growth stages may not die, but in this case, their growth is stopped and they no longer compete with crops for nutrients and water.
Spectrum of action of the product
Efficacy of Khlebodar ® is very high (95%) against weeds: Budyak common, Dandelion medicinal, Sorrel common, Sophora curly, Common shepherd’s purse, Field mustard, Common shepherd’s purse, Wild poppy, Field fat hen, Lysimachia, Sunflower (fall), Ambrosia, Field chamomile, Starwort, Galinsoga, Violet, Wild radish, Mouse pea, Creeping buttercup, Wild carrot, White bedstraw. Efficacy of Khlebodar ® is high (85-95%) against weeds: Yellow hawkweed, Lanceolate plantain, Garden hellebore, Field veronica, Berberis-like goosegrass, Stinging nettle, Field chicory, Rough nettle, Field birch. Efficacy of Khlebodar ® is satisfactory (up to 85%) against weeds: Common burnet (seedling stage), Medicinal valerian, Black nightshade, Blue fleabane, Common flax.
APPLICATION RATES

NOTES
Working solution application rate 200-400 L/ha. When applying with self-propelled sprayers «Timur» manufactured by LLC «Prezens», working solution application rate may be as low as 20 L/ha.
Manual work on sown fields should be carried out no earlier than 7 days after treatment, while mechanized work — within 3 days.
TECHNICAL APPLICATION FEATURES
Spraying with tractor or self-propelled sprayers according to the table. The working solution must be used within several hours after preparation. To achieve maximum efficacy, ensure sufficient and even coverage of the above-ground parts of weeds. The effective period for using the herbicide Khlebodar ® — the phase of intensive weed growth. Optimal crop development stage — from emergence to tillering, weeds — 2-4 leaves in annuals, rosette stage in perennials. Favorable weather for application — warm, with sufficient soil moisture. Air temperature of +5 °C during application does not affect the herbicide’s efficacy, only slightly prolongs the time until weed death. Rainfall within 3 hours after applying Khlebodar ® also does not affect its efficacy.
Weeds stop growing almost immediately after application. Visible symptoms of weed damage appear on the 2nd-3rd day after application. Depending on the weed development stage at the time of treatment, complete mortality occurs within 10–20 days after application.
Khlebodar ® herbicide can only be applied once per season. Do not apply to cereal crops with clover or forage grass intercropping! Replanting cereal grasses should be done only with cereal grasses.
