Dual Gold 960 EC

Dual Gold 960 EC — soil herbicide for protection against annual grasses and some broadleaf weeds in potato, tomato seedling, tobacco, cabbage, and melon crops.

Dual Gold 960 EC — selective herbicide absorbed by germinating weed seeds. In grassy weeds, it enters through coleoptiles; in broadleaf weeds — through roots and cotyledons. Thus, weeds die before emergence. Do not cultivate or till between rows after herbicide application — this reduces herbicide efficacy. In case of soil dryness, shallow incorporation (with hoe) after herbicide application is recommended. The product is non-volatile, so seedlings can be transplanted even several days after soil treatment. Protective duration — 45–60 days depending on weather conditions.

The product belongs to low-toxicity category (LD50 > 2000 mg/kg). Non-toxic to bees, environment, and beneficial insects.

Packing: 100 ml (bottle). Maximum number of applications per season — 1. Waiting period after application — none. Application: Measure required amount of the product and dilute in 5 or 10 liters of water depending on weed infestation and crop area (see table). Depending on weed infestation, 100 ml of the product treats up to 6 ares.

Best results are achieved when applying 5 liters of working solution per 1 are. Spraying should be done with freshly prepared solution on calm days on thoroughly prepared soil.

Application timing: Potatoes — soil spraying after planting until crop emergence or after hilling until crop emergence; melons and direct-seeded tomatoes — soil spraying before planting or after planting until crop emergence; tobacco, tomatoes, and cabbage (only seedlings) — soil spraying before transplanting seedlings.
