Description Hurricane Forte 500 SL
Hurricane Forte 500 SL v.r.k. — Non-selective post-emergence herbicide with systemic action for the destruction of annual and perennial weeds (thistle, birch, docks, etc.), manufactured using Hi Tech technology. Hurricane ® Forte 500 SL v.r.k. contains a unique surfactant that ensures the best and fastest action of glyphosate. It quickly and diffusely penetrates through the leaf surface and distributes throughout the entire plant, including the roots. Death occurs within 4-5 days after application, with complete death occurring within 2-3 weeks depending on weather conditions. Best results are achieved during active weed growth in warm weather with adequate soil moisture.
Optimal weed growth stage for application: perennial grasses — at least 4-5 leaves, 10-20 cm tall; perennial broadleaf weeds — sensitive during flowering but before senescence. Annual grasses and broadleaf weeds should have leaf length of at least 5 cm for grasses and at least 2 true leaves for broadleaf weeds.
The product belongs to the low-toxicity category (LD50 > 2000 mg/kg). It is non-toxic to bees and environmentally safe.
Packaging: 40 ml packets, bottles of 100, 300 ml and 1 liter.
Waiting period after application — no restrictions.
Application: measure the required amount of the product and dilute in 5 or 10 liters of water depending on weed infestation and area size. Apply for spraying of actively growing weeds in autumn on areas intended for sowing or planting vegetables and potatoes, and in spring before planting or emergence of the crop.
In gardens and vineyards, directed spraying of actively growing weeds in spring or summer (provided that crop plants are protected).

HURRICANE FORTÉ — non-selective, post-emergence herbicide. Used for combating perennial rhizomatous and root-sprouting annual grassy and broadleaf weeds, as well as woody and shrub vegetation in agriculture and forestry, and on industrial sites. HURRICANE FORTÉ contains unique surfactants that ensure the best glyphosate action in various situations.

Active ingredient:
glyphosate (potassium salt) 500 g/l

Base unit
5 L.

ADVANTAGES
• new generation product with the highest efficacy among various glyphosate formulations
• the only glyphosate in potassium salt form, with high water solubility, thus increasing efficacy
• new dual surfactant system ensuring optimal distribution of the product on weed surfaces, enhancing penetration speed into the plant, and maximizing the duration of the product's presence on the plant
• effective non-selective broad-spectrum herbicide, destroying the most persistent weeds (thistle, dock, quackgrass, bindweed, etc.) and woody and shrub vegetation; weeds treated with Hurricane Forte 500 v.r. do not regrow
• ideally suited for your crop protection program
• allows significant fuel savings due to reduced number of mechanical soil treatments against weeds
• treated fields are less susceptible to erosion and have greater moisture retention
• removes weed vegetation from non-agricultural areas: railway tracks, power line corridors, roadside verges, industrial buildings, areas around warehouses and storage facilities, etc.
• highly effective for pre-harvest desiccation of cereal crops

Application periods
Apply the product:
• when weeds are actively growing under favorable weather conditions: moist soil, clear warm weather;
• at specific weed growth stages:
• perennial grasses: at least 4-5 leaves, 10-20 cm tall
• perennial broadleaf weeds: most sensitive during flowering or around flowering, but before senescence
• annual grasses and broadleaf weeds: when grasses have at least 5 cm leaf length, and broadleaf weeds — at least 2 fully opened true leaves.
Do not apply the product:
• if rain is expected within the next 3-6 hours;
• with dirty water for preparing the working solution;
• if weed growth is hindered by drought, frost, excessive soil moisture, or senescence;
• if the field has been tilled and roots are cut into pieces, which will prevent herbicide penetration into the growth point.

Protective duration
6-8 weeks, depending on weed infestation, weather conditions, and agronomic practices adopted in the farm.

Speed of action
The product penetrates plants within 2-3 hours; visible symptoms appear within 7-10 days, and complete weed death occurs within 2-3 weeks (depending on weather conditions).

Compatibility
Hurricane Forte 500 v.r. is compatible with Banvel, Dialen Super 480 v.r., and Pic 75 v.d.g. Compatibility with other herbicides applied during the same period should be checked on a case-by-case basis.

Resistance
Absent provided that the manufacturer's recommendations are strictly followed.

Selectivity
Avoid contact of the product with crop plants.
