The field pea variety "Novator" is a mid-ripening forage variety with a vegetation period of 74-80 days. The plants are characterized by non-shattering type, leafless structure, and a height from 83 to 157 cm. Seeds are round, uniform, greenish-brown in color with yellow cotyledons. The mass of 1000 seeds varies from 205 to 249 g. The protein content in the grain reaches 26%, which makes the variety valuable for forage use.
