ZUBRENOK

Zubrenok garlic is a winter-hardy bulbing variety known for its high yield and resistance to Fusarium. The bulbs are large and round, weighing between 50 and 72 grams, composed of 4–7 cloves each weighing 2–5 grams. The dry skins have a yellowish-white color, while the cloves feature dense white-pink flesh with a semi-sharp or sharp taste. The medium maturation period allows for harvest in June after a growing season of 87 to 99 days.

For growing the Zubrenok variety, open ground with loamy and fertile soil is recommended. Planting should be done at a depth of 4–6 cm with a spacing of 2 x 10 cm between plants. Garlic is not demanding in care, but to achieve maximum yield, which is approximately 1.1–1.2 kg per square meter, it is beneficial to fertilize the plants during the active growth period and ensure adequate sunlight.

The Zubrenok variety is suitable for culinary use due to its semi-sharp taste and dense flesh. Dark green leaves and straight stalks are characteristic signs of this garlic, which facilitates its identification and care. High disease resistance and stable yield make this variety attractive for growing in both private holdings and commercial plantations.
