Garlic SIRIUS SEDEK

Reliable winter garlic for your plot

Garlic "Sirius Sedek" is a selection product created by experienced agronomists S. V. Dubinin and V. P. Nikulshin. Developed by the "Sedek" company, this variety has established its niche as a dependable winter garlic, focused on delivering a predictable harvest with distinct commercial qualities.

Agronomic features and yield

The "Sirius" variety is valued by vegetable growers for its predictability in winter cultivation. The bulb is compact, weighing in the range of 40–50 grams, which is an optimal standard for the fresh market. Inside each bulb, there are 4–6 large cloves. This ratio makes it convenient both for household consumption and for further processing.

Flavor profile and storage

A key characteristic for which professionals and amateurs choose "Sirius" is its pronounced sharp taste. Unlike many modern varieties focused on mildness, "Sirius" retains a classic "garlic" character. Additionally, the variety is known for its storability: if temperature conditions in the storage facility are maintained, the bulbs retain their firmness and commercial appearance for an extended period, allowing for sales not only during the harvest season but also in the off-season.

Why is "Sirius Sedek" relevant today?

• Originator control: "Sedek" selection guarantees compliance with stated varietal characteristics.
• Proven winter technology: the variety is adapted to climatic conditions typical of regions with distinct winters.
• Market standard: average bulb weight and classic clove structure simplify packaging and pre-sale preparation.

If you are looking for planting material for your garlic bed with an eye on the fresh market and long-term storage, "Sirius" is a balanced solution that combines sharp taste with excellent harvest preservation.
