Nina Arsen'tyeva Memory garlic is a winter-hardy mid-season variety intended for growing in private households. It features a flowering form, high winter hardiness, and round bulbs weighing from 90 to 110 grams, consisting of 6-7 cloves. The bulb's appearance is characterized by a lilac-purple coloration of dry scales and white skin, while the flesh is white. The garlic has a sharp taste, making it attractive for culinary use. The variety's yield reaches 1.8-2.0 kg per square meter, indicating its high productivity.

The Nina Arsen'tyeva Memory variety is resistant to major garlic diseases such as peronosporosis, fusarium, and rust. Research has shown that even after long-term storage exceeding a year, the bulbs maintain high resistance to fungal rots, including penicillium and fusarium rots. Specifically, infection by two species of the genus Fusarium was identified, however, the degree of damage is significantly lower compared to standard samples, confirming the variety's reliability under storage conditions.
