The bulb's appearance is characterized by a lilac-purple coloration of dry scales and white skin, while the flesh is white. The garlic has a sharp taste, making it attractive for culinary use. The Nina Arsen'tyeva Memory variety is resistant to major garlic diseases such as peronosporosis, fusarium, and rust.
