Garlic KARINKA

A Reliable Choice for Commercial Garlic Production

The winter garlic variety "Karinka" is a strategic asset for growers focusing on both the fresh produce market and industrial processing. Developed by breeders Aleksey Polyakov and Aleksey Petrishchev, this variety is prized for its high marketability and uniform bulb size. It serves as a consistent solution for farms looking to meet strict retail quality standards.

Agronomic Value and Processing Efficiency

• Bulb Size: With an average weight of 80–120 g, this variety fits perfectly into the premium category for retail sales.
• Labor-Saving Structure: The bulb contains only 4–6 large cloves, which drastically speeds up cleaning and preparation processes, making it a favorite for food processors creating pastes, marinades, or pickles.
• Storage Capacity: The variety exhibits excellent storage stability, maintaining density and flavor profiles well into the season, allowing producers to hold stock for favorable market windows.

The mild flavor profile makes "Karinka" highly versatile for various culinary applications. For a farm operation, this variety ensures operational flexibility: it is equally suitable for direct sales at fresh markets and for long-term supply contracts with food industry manufacturers who require high-yield, easy-to-process raw materials. Choosing this variety is an investment in consistent output and efficient logistics.
