Description KARINKA
KARINKA is a unique hybrid of garlic and onion, also known as rocamboul or elephant garlic. This product combines the best qualities of both plants, distinguished by its large size and unusual shape. Externally, it resembles a garlic bulb consisting of large cloves about 10 centimeters long, typically containing from three to six pieces. The mass of one bulb can reach 400–500 grams, which significantly exceeds the weight of ordinary garlic and onions.

The taste and aroma of KARINKA represent a harmonious combination of garlic and onion notes, with a softer and more refined taste, lacking the characteristic bitterness inherent in most onion crops. The plant has wide leaves and a thick stem neck, and its height reaches approximately 50 centimeters. As it grows, a powerful flowering stalk forms with rounded inflorescences of small flowers, which gives the plant decorative appeal.

KARINKA is suitable for growing in home conditions and in garden plots, thanks to its unpretentiousness and high yield. This hybrid is excellent for use in cooking, giving dishes a tender garlic-onion taste and aroma. It can be used both fresh and in various culinary preparations, making it a universal ingredient for a variety of recipes.
