Consistent Yields for Commercial Production

The "Mulatka" eggplant variety from "Geterozisnaya Selektsiya" is designed for growers who prioritize predictability and consistent performance in both field and greenhouse conditions. Key Specifications for Efficiency

• Fruit Geometry: The uniform cylindrical shape, with a length ranging from 12 to 25 cm, simplifies sorting, boxing, and palletizing, reducing labor costs in the packing shed.
• Visual Quality: A deep, dark purple skin provides the visual appeal essential for retail shelf presence.
• Scale: The 400–500g weight range is ideal for standard industry requirements, catering perfectly to both fresh produce markets and food processing facilities.

Operational Use Cases

In farm management, "Mulatka" is chosen for its efficiency in high-intensity production environments. Large individual fruit weights significantly reduce manual harvesting time, which improves the overall profitability per hectare. The dense structure of the flesh, combined with the absence of bitterness, makes this variety highly sought after for processing applications, such as the production of vegetable caviar and culinary vegetable mixes. Its ability to maintain structural integrity during transit makes it a robust choice for supply chains that require durability. Whether for local sales or contract farming, "Mulatka" provides the consistency needed to meet specific wholesale demand protocols.
