ASHLAN

Ashlan is a mid-maturing winter garlic variety, characterized by a large round-flat bulb weighing about 75 grams. Each bulb contains 5 to 7 cloves with pink skin and a complex arrangement, while the flesh differs in white color and a spicy taste. The variety shoots, which is one of its features.

This garlic has high yield, exceeding 1.45 kg per square meter, which makes it attractive for commercial production and growing in personal subsidiary farms.
