Fatima

The Fatima bean variety represents a new climbing mid-season vegetable culture reaching technical maturity approximately 55 days after germination. The plant is characterized by a medium-leafy type and long stems up to 3 meters in length, which ensures harvest convenience and good development. The lower pods are attached at a height of about 45 cm from the ground, which contributes to their protection and ease of cultivation.

Fatima bean fruits have a straight shape, a length of about 21 cm, and a width of 2-3 cm. They are light green in color, giving them an attractive appearance. An important feature of the variety is the absence of fibers and a periderm layer, which makes the beans especially tender and pleasant to taste, as well as convenient for culinary use.

Sowing of Fatima beans is recommended to be carried out in open ground at the end of May - beginning of June using a planting scheme of 70x5 cm or 10x50 cm, which ensures optimal conditions for plant growth and development. The variety yield reaches 3.2-3.5 kg per square meter, which makes it a profitable choice for cultivation both in personal households and for commercial purposes.
