Eggplant UNIVERSAL 6

Universal 6 is a highly productive mid-season eggplant variety, distinguished by its resilience to various climatic conditions, including drought and temperature fluctuations. The plant is compact and robust, with a semi-spreading bush height of about 80 cm and a well-developed root system, ensuring stable fruit production over a two-month period. This variety is suitable for cultivation in open ground as well as for sale in fresh markets due to high marketability and good transportability.

Universal 6 fruits have a beautiful cylindrical shape, weighing from 160 to 220 grams, and feature a rich purple, glossy skin. The flesh is milky-white, dense, and without bitterness, making eggplants versatile in cooking. They are excellent for roasting, frying, stewing, grilling, barbecue, stuffing, and industrial canning. Additionally, the fruits withstand freezing well, expanding their usage possibilities.

The variety possesses beneficial properties: it contains antioxidants, aids in improving vision, strengthens capillaries, and has a bactericidal effect. High fruit set even under unfavorable weather conditions makes Universal 6 a reliable choice for farmers and home gardeners seeking a stable and high-quality eggplant crop.
