Eggplant OTELLO F1

Consistent Field Yields

The Otello F1 eggplant from Nasko is the choice for farmers focused on predictable results in open-field conditions. This hybrid has established itself as a reliable tool for obtaining high-quality commercial produce that enjoys steady demand in both wholesale markets and retail chains.

Agronomic Features and Usage Scenarios

The primary task this hybrid solves is the mitigation of risks associated with outdoor cultivation. The seedling period of 50-60 days allows for optimal planting scheduling based on the specific climatic zone of the farm. The plant demonstrates excellent adaptability to the temperature fluctuations typical of open fields, forming a sturdy bush capable of supporting the harvest weight without additional support.

• Fruit Calibration: Fruit lengths range from 12 to 25 cm, allowing for the harvest of produce that perfectly meets the standards of packaging and retail requirements.
• Market Appearance: The rich dark purple skin combined with a classic cylindrical shape makes this eggplant highly recognizable and attractive to consumers.
• Technological Advantage: The absence of bitterness and high pulp density simplify logistics — the fruits tolerate transportation exceptionally well, maintaining their shape and quality for extended periods.

Otello F1 is most often selected for sequential harvesting. Thanks to an extended fruiting period, farms can ensure uninterrupted supplies of fresh produce throughout the entire season. This is an ideal solution for farmers whose strategy is based on balancing high yield with minimal maintenance costs.
