AJOUR — early-maturing hybrid of eggplant, intended for cultivation in open and protected ground. The vegetation period is 95-105 days. The plant is semi-spreading, medium-leafy, reaching a height of up to 1.5 meters. Fruits are cylindrical, dark purple in color with a strong sheen, weighing from 180 to 200 grams. The flesh is light, dense, without bitterness, with a small seed cavity, making them especially attractive to consumers.

The hybrid is characterized by stable productivity and high yield, which under plastic covers reaches 6.8-7.5 kg per square meter. One of the key advantages of the variety is its stress resistance and ability to set fruit well under any weather conditions. Early and synchronous ripening allows obtaining a quality crop in a short time.

AJOUR fruits have high taste qualities and do not require pre-soaking before culinary processing. They are ideal for various cooking methods: stewing, stuffing, pickling, as well as canning, pickling, and processing into sauce. Due to these characteristics, the hybrid is widely used in home cooking.
